Sunday - 16 miles - 2:20.
Saturday - 3 miles - 24 min. swim 2 miles 75 min.
Friday - 6 miles - 54 min. swim 1.5 miles 60 min.
Thursday - 6 miles 42 min. swim .5 miles 30 min.
Wednesday - rest
Tuesday - 9 miles at AHS indoor track in 80 min.
Well a pretty good week 40 miles in 6:40. for an 8:30/mile average.
