Well I did join, and I jumped right in so to speak.
Even though the pool is closed till next week.
Wanted to try some different cardio.
I did both types of bike, which the total was 21 miles in 70 minutes.
My heart rate was over 140 for almost 1 hour.
Then I did 4 mile run as a cool down in 35 minutes.

You gotta do what you gotta do.... I have to find something that is going to melt this extra 7 lbs I've backed on this month... mileage ain't doin' it... I think if I stop eating junk food and drinking eggnog, I'll start to move in the right direction :)... Hope your training is goin' well. I still need to register for Boston...
ReplyDeleteHi Double J I have yet to get on scale since last week so I don't know the damage. I will next week once all the partys are over. I do not know about Boston yet either. I am gearing up the miles, but the body seems to be sending me mixed signals. Also, congrats on your nomination for NH runner of the year.
