Week 8 Recap



Monday - rest
Sunday - 10 miles - 4 mile warup, 3.1 race, 3 mile cooldown.
Saturday - rest
Friday - rest
Thursday - rest
Wednesday - ride bike 45 min, 15 miles.
Tuesday - 4 miles at AHS indoor track in 60 min.

The good news is I am feeling much better this Monday than last so it is time to get back on the horse.
